I do love to make a scene! I also love to try new techniques, so I chose to make a Repeated Stencil scene this morning. I used my Erin Lee Creative mountain stencil and layered with Broken China, Shaded Lilac, and Uncharted Mariner. I like the icy, snowy, glacier background that I ended up with. The MFP penguin and polar bear were on my to do list and so were the puffins. I realize that I have mixed the poles here, but I don't care. It's cute. Get over it. LOL. I stamped the bear and penguin, drew in the horizon and cut it out. Then I drew in the icy edge and watercolored the water using the same inks as the stenciled background. I added the puffins and put together the card before I figured out what to use as a sentiment. I typed the word "cool" into my Color My Life app and decided that this cute speech bubble would make a fun winter card.
Thanks for a fun challenge, Sandy!

That stenciled bg is wonderful. Love the critters frolicking in the cold.

You have created a lovely scene. Also you are forgiven for mixing your poles as well - but I am sure the creatures won't mind that are enjoying each other's company.
